General Membership - $5
You can join HOSA UTSG as a general member at any point during the academic year (Sep - Apr). As a general member, you will have access to:

To join us as a member, complete the following form. Your membership fee must be paid via e-transfer to hosauoft@gmail.com. If you are unable to access e-transfer, please let us know so that we can figure out an alternative.

To compete in the HOSA Canada conferences, you must pay an additional HOSA membership and conference fee. For more information on HOSA Canada Membership, continue down to the "Conference Fee" section or click here.

Selecting a Competitive Event
HOSA UTSG members are welcome to attend any competitive event training session run by our experienced trainers. Every year, we poll members who are interested in each event for their availability in order to set a training time that works best for everyone.

Conference Fee
Members who wish to attend the Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) and Spring Leadership Conference (SLC) must pay the conference fee in addition to the HOSA Canada Membership fee, which HOSA Canada uses to cover the costs of organizing the conferences. FLC is an optional event held in December, however, if you choose not to attend FLC and only SLC, the conference fee will remain the same. If the two fees are paid together, you receive a $5 discount!
Membership fee: $50
Conference fee: $70
Membership and Conference fee (savings bundle): $120
These fees will be paid directly to HOSA Canada on the HOSA Canada website. Note that you can first join as a general member, attend our training sessions, and decide whether you want to compete at the conferences before committing to the fee.
Refunds
Students who registered before FLC registration deadline cannot request a refund (membership and conference) once the deadline has passed.

Students who registered after FLC registration deadline and before SLC registration deadline cannot request a refund (membership and conference) after the SLC deadline has passed.
​
The HOSA UTSG fee is non-refundable.
