HOSA, or Health Occupations Students of America, is a student-led organization that originated in the United States and expanded to Canada in 2014. Composed of a national body and chapters at various high schools and universities, HOSA Canada hosts annual conferences to foster skills and leadership development in aspiring health professionals. Each conference offers competitions in different fields such as dentistry, nursing, and medicine.

We at HOSA UTSG train students to compete against other university students at both the Fall and Spring Leadership Conference (FLC and SLC). We equip students with knowledge and skills directly applicable to their coursework and future healthcare careers. In addition, we host academic, social, and networking events to help students meet like-minded, motivated peers.
